Injector Needle Valve Stuck

Injector Needle Valve Stuck

Date:Aug 26, 2019

The operation of the injector is to send a signal from the engine control unit, and the solenoid of the injector energizes to generate suction to drive the injector needle. Since the gap between the needle valve and the valve seat is blocked by the residual glue, the needle valve does not open normally, which affects the normal fuel injection amount. After the needle valve is stuck in the injector, the engine may have difficulty in starting, unstable idle speed, and poor acceleration. The main reason for the injector stuck is the use of inferior gasoline, because of the paraffin and gum in the inferior gasoline, which causes the injector needle to stick.
