Injector Blockage Failure

Injector Blockage Failure

Date:Aug 31, 2019

The injector blockage fault can be divided into the internal blockage of the injector and the external blockage of the injector head. The cause of internal blockage of the injector is that the impurities and dirt in the gasoline block the movement gap of the needle valve inside the injector, which makes the injector mechanically abnormal. When the injector is clogged, the engine will have symptoms such as difficulty in starting, unstable idle speed, and poor acceleration. In severe cases, the engine may be seriously shaken and abnormal wear of the relevant mechanical parts may occur.
